Poor print quality

1. 1Check ink or toner levels and replace cartridges if they are low.
2. 2Use the printer's cleaning utility to clean the print heads or rollers.
3. 3Make sure you are using the correct paper type and print settings.
4. 4Print a test page to see if the issue improves.
5. 5If quality is still poor after maintenance, contact IT or the printer supplier.
