Initial troubleshooting steps

1. Open your system settings and go to the Printers section.
2. Identify the printer you want to use.
3. Right-click or use the menu to set that printer as the default.
4. Try printing a test page to confirm.
5. If the wrong default keeps coming back, ask IT whether a policy manages printer settings.
