Initial troubleshooting steps

1. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on for both devices.
2. Put the headset in pairing mode and reconnect it.
3. Remove the headset from your device list and pair it again.
4. Move closer to the computer or phone and away from interference.
5. Charge or replace the headset battery and test again.
