Initial troubleshooting steps

1. Check that no physical camera cover or mute switch is enabled.
2. Allow the app to access the camera and microphone in your system privacy settings.
3. Select the correct camera and microphone in the app's settings.
4. Close other apps that may be using the camera.
5. Restart the app and, if needed, your computer.
