Initial troubleshooting steps

1. Right-click a file and choose Open With or an app option.
2. Set the correct application as the default for that file type.
3. Check your system default apps settings for browsers, email, and files.
4. Try opening the file again.
5. If organization policy controls default apps, contact IT before changing them.
