Initial troubleshooting steps

Make sure the power cable is firmly connected to the computer and outlet.
Try a different wall outlet or power strip.
Press and hold the power button for 10–15 seconds, then press it again.
Disconnect all non-essential devices such as USB drives, docks, and external monitors.
If the device still does not start, contact your IT support team.
